Addressing underlying causes of conflict and state fragility


The ICRP IQC Consortium, led by the AED Center for Civil Society and Governance, provides USAID Missions and offices with innovative, results-oriented responses to the challenges to human security, development, and the global economy that are presented by fragile and failed states.

We offer timely, short- and long-term specialized technical assistance for assessments, research, training, monitoring and evaluation, and rapid programmatic response. Under this IQC, ACDI/VOCA will provide services related to developing local capacities and facilitating interaction among civil society groups, local governments, and the private sector to address the underlying causes of conflict and state fragility.
